What is DJI Credit
- DJI Credit is a virtual currency that can be used to pay for your purchases from the DJI Online Store.
- It's easy to get and easy to use. DJI Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used outside of the Official DJI Online Store.
- You can view your DJI Credit balance by clicking on "My Account"after logging in.
- The currency of your DJI Credit will be the same currency that you choose to pay with.
How Can I Get DJI Credit
You can get 1% DJI Credit reward on your order's paid value after completing payments at the DJI Online Store.
DJI Credit will be available to use approximately 15 to 35 days after your product is delivered. No refunds can be made during this period.
How Can I Use DJI Credit
You can use DJI Credit during checkout. If you pay with DJI Credit, and your balance is more than your order value, the remaining DJI Credit after payment will remain in your account. However, if your DJI Credit balance fails to cover an order value, you use all of your DJI Credit as well as other payment methods to pay for your order. DJI Credit and coupons can be used simultaneously.
Applicable Products
DJI Credit can be used to buy any of the products at the DJI Online Store (shipping costs excluded).
Order Cancelation
If an order is placed using DJI Credit and then canceled, the DJI Credit will only be refunded once the entire cancellation process is complete.
